摘要
面瘫即颜面神经麻痹,中医上称之为"口僻"。中医学认为,劳作过度,机体正气不足,脉络空虚,卫外不固,风寒或风热乘虚入中面部经络,致气血痹阻,经筋功能失调,筋肉失于约束,出现口僻。周围性面瘫包括眼部和口颊部筋肉症状,其治疗方法主要分中医和西医两大类,文章就中医治疗方法中的针灸治疗进行探讨,着重综述针灸治疗的时机、针灸取穴和治疗方法。
Facial paralysis refers to the anesthesia of facial nerves. In traditional Chinese medical studies, it is called ＂koubi＂, which results from blood and gas blockage, disfunction of musculature and wrap-lossing of muscle just because facial meridian was attacked by overburden of labor, insufficiency of Qi in the body, vacuity of Mai-luo, weakended defendsive Qi, intrusion of wind-cold or wind-heat. Peripheral facial paralysis includes symptoms of ocular region and bucca cavioris. Its treatment mainly includes two categories of western medicine and Chinese medicine. This artiele not only debates the acupuncture therapy among thera-peutic methods of TCM for this disease, but also reviews acupuncture therapy about its opportunity, cave-taking, and therapeutic methods.
