摘要
将三嵌段共聚物Pluronic F127依次与对甲苯磺酰氯、邻苯二甲酰亚胺化钾及乙二胺反应,使端羟基转化为端氨基,然后与具有生物活性的大分子叶酸反应,使其作为靶向配体接到F127的端基上.利用1HNMR和IR对叶酸封端的F127嵌段共聚物(F127-folate)的结构进行了表征.用透析法制备胶束溶液,利用TEM研究了F127-folate在水溶液中的形态,结果表明F127-folate在水溶液中形成了胶束结构.
Triblock copolymer Pluronic F127 was reacted with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride, potassium phthalimide and ethylenediamine in turn to modify the end hydroxyls of F127 to amino end groups. Using the amino end groups, the bioactive macromolecular folic acids were conjugated to the end group of F127 as the targeting ligand, aH NMR and IR were adopted to characterize the structures of the folate-capped F127 copolymers. The micelle solutions of F127-folate were prepared by the dialysis method. The morphologies of the copolymers in water were investigated by TEM. The results proved that F127-folate could self-assemble into micelles in water.
