摘要
目的:观察纯化百合多糖(LP-1)抗肿瘤作用和对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:采用H22移植瘤模型。观察LP-1的抗肿瘤效果,并进行免疫学指标的测定。结果:LP-1有抑制H22肿瘤生长的作用,并能显著增强荷瘤小鼠的胸腺指数和脾指数、巨噬细胞吞噬功能及血清溶血素的含量。结论:纯化百合多糖具有抗肿瘤和增强荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的作用。
Objective： To observe the effects of purified （LP - 1 ） polysaccharides from Lily （LP） on tumor growth and immune functions in tumor - bearing mice. Methods： H22 - bearing mice were used as animal model. The effects on tumor weight and immune function were investigated. Resultls： LP -1 showed inhibitory activity on H22 growth. It could significantly increase weight of immune organs and improved the phagocytic function and content of serum hemolysin in H22 - bearing mice. Conclusion： LP - 1 can inhibit of H22 tumor growth and enhance both the specific and non - specific immune functions of H22 - bearing mice.
