黑色素瘤抗原基因与卵巢肿瘤 被引量:1

摘要 MAGE基因是从黑色素瘤细胞中发现的,在其它恶性肿瘤中有一定的表达,在正常组织中(除睾丸及胎盘外)均不表达。现在发现某些MAGE家族基因在卵巢肿瘤组织中也有表达。本文综述人类肿瘤特异性抗原MAGE基因的发现、结构、表达、功能及其在肿瘤免疫治疗中的作用。展望MAGE基因在卵巢癌早期诊断、治疗方面的临床应用前景。
