摘要
该文介绍了贵州辣椒资源利用及加工现状,同时对贵州辣椒产业发展存在的问题进行了深入分析,最后提出了贵州辣椒产业发展策略。
The present situations of exploitation and processing of Guizhou hot pepper resources were introduced in this paper. The problems among the process of Guizhou hot pepper industry development were thoroughly analyzed. At last, some strategies of Guizhou hot pepper industry development were proposed.
