摘要
目的探讨原发性肝癌患者血清AFP、AFU、CA199含量及意义。方法分别应用放射免疫法和生化法对46例原发性肝癌患者血清AFP、AFU、CA199含量进行检测,并与42名肝炎肝硬化患者和40名正常人进行比较。结果原发性肝癌患者血清AFP、AFU、CA199含量显著高于肝炎肝硬化组及正常人组(P<0.01)。AFP、AFU、CA199三项指标在原发性肝癌中的阳性率分别为76.09%、71.74%、80.43%,AFP+AFU、AFP+CA199、AFP+AFU+CA199联合检测的阳性率分别为89.13%、84.78%、95.65%。结论联合检测血清AFP、AFU、CA199含量可以提高对原发性肝癌的诊断阳性率。
Objective To investigate the levels and clinical value of alpha-fetoprotein（ AFP）, alpha-fucosidase（AFU） and carbohydrate antigen 199 （CA199） in the patients with primary liver cancer. Methods Serum AFP, CA199 levels were measured with RIA and AFU levels were measured with biochemistry method in 46 patients with primary liver cancer, and compared with 42 patients with liver cirrhosis originating from chronic hepatitis, 40 healthy people. Results The serum AFP, AFU, CA199 levels were significantly higher in the patients with primary liver cancer than patients with liver cirrhosis and healthy people （P 〈 0.01 ）. The positive rates of AFP, AFU and CA199 in patients with primary liver cancer were 76.09% , 71.74% and 80.43% respectively. Positive rates ~th combined measurement of AFP and AFU, AFP and CA199, AFP and AFU, CA199, were 89. 13%, 84.78% and 95.65% respectively. Conclusion Combined measurement of AFP, AFU and CA199 can significantly increase the positive rate in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer.
