摘要
介绍了Fe－Ni－P－Si3N4复合镀层的电沉积工艺，并且系统地研究了镇液组成以及工艺条件对镀层的组成和外观质量的影响。
In this paper, the electrodeposition technology of Fe-Ni-P-Si3N4 composite is introduced. The effect of bath composition and operating conditions on composition and apparent quality of the coating is studied systematically.
