摘要
为满足制鞋业中个性化制鞋的需求,提出了个性化鞋楦的定制过程。首先用三维扫描方法获得脚形图像,预处理和修改后得到符合设计的鞋楦数据云,然后通过改进的三次样条插值和最小二乘均修的方法,对设计完成的鞋楦点云数据进行光滑处理,最后用细分求法矢与解三角形方法获取鞋楦三维模型的刀具加工中心轨迹,完成鞋楦加工轨迹的自动获取。该方法可将基于三维扫描的定制楦型数据快速自动转换为加工刀具轨迹曲线,并在制楦允许误差范围内保证了加工曲线的光顺性。
A customized shoe-last process is proposed to satisfy the needs of customers in the shoe-making industry. First, images of foot-shape are acquired by a 3-D scanner. After preprocessing and modifying the customized shoe-last, the shoe-last data looks like a point cloud. To acquire the tool path from this point cloud, the method modifies the shoe-last data with a cubic smoothing spline interpolation method and a least squares patch fitting method. A fractionizing algorithm is used to calculate the curve normal line (vector) with a triangle calculating algorithm to automatically calculate the tool path. Therefore, the designed shoe-last based on 3-D scanning is transformed to a tool path where smoothness is ensured within the permitted error range in the shoe-last making process.
