摘要
用气相色谱法对果葡糖浆催化加氢生产甘露醇体系内各组分———葡萄糖、果糖、甘露醇、山梨醇的含量进行了测定,并对其预处理方法进行了研究,实验表明,该法测定稀水溶液中糖和糖醇的含量,操作简便,准确可靠,灵敏度较高。
A gas chromatographic method for determining the concentration of glucose, fructose.mannitol and sorbitol in dilute aqueous solution was described. An improved and simplified pretreatment method was also discussed. This procedure shows good accuracy. reproducibility and sensitivity.
