摘要
首先论述了目前车架强度分析的方法及其不足,以某型车架的强度设计为例,在理论分析和动静态应力测试的基础上,通过类比成熟车型,按照高应力出现的概率,提出了一种面向设计的车架强度分析方法。
The current analytical method of vehicle chassis and its deficiency were firstly discussed. Taking the strength design of certain chassis as an example, on the basis of theoretical analysis and kinetic and static stresses test, by means of analog on mature vehicle types, and according to the appearance probability of high stress, a kind of design oriented chassis strength analytical method was put forward.
