摘要
目的:探讨新形势下中心供应室管理的有效方法。方法:结合科室实际,运用现代管理理念和手段,对供应室进行科学有效的管理,使科室管理实现专业化、规范化。结果:有效地增强了中心供应室人员的质量观念、服务意识和团队精神。结论:"以人为本"的管理理念、"持续改进"的服务观念是科室工作得以发展的关键。
Objective： To explore the effective management methods of the central supply department in the new situation. Methods： According with reality, the central supply department was managed effectively and scientifically by utilizing modern management concepts and skills in order to make the management professionally and standardized. Result： The quality sense, service consciousness and team-work spirit were improved effectively. Conclusion： There were two key points to improve work, which were the people oriented management sense and the sustainable development concept.
