金登“多源流分析框架”述评被引量：54

摘要通过对金登的多源流分析框架与公共政策阶段分析、伊斯顿的政治系统和"垃圾桶模型"进行了比较分析,认为金登的多源流分析框架将公共政策阶段分析的触角向前伸了一步,拓展了政策阶段分析的研究空间;多源流分析打开了政治系统的"黑箱",提供了政策过程参与者的全景分析图;多源流分析修正了"垃圾桶模型",将其运用到国家政策层面进行分析,提升了其价值。但是,多源流分析框架作为一种不同于以往的分析框架,有些学者针对其中的某些缺陷提出了批评意见;有些学者则对其进行了扩展。
