摘要
创业胜任力(Entrepreneurial Competency)方法日益成为研究创业者特质的有效手段。目前,大学生已构成一个特殊的的创业群体,大学生群体创业过程中面临机会能力困境、资源困境和团队互补性困境。大学生创业胜任力特征可分为创业素质和创业技能两个维度。创业素质维度的结构要素主要包括社会经验与人际能力、创业激情与创造力、团队意识与风险承受力、心理素质与知识结构;创业技能维度的结构要素主要包括机会能力、资源整合能力、市场洞察和营销能力、管理技能等。
The method of Entrepreneurial Competency is becoming increasingly effective in the research of characteristics of business beginners. In recent years, university students have become a special group of business beginners. This paper argues that this group of young businesspaople is confronted with all kinds of predicaments, such as those regarding opportunities, capabilities, resources, and complementarities of teamwork. University students＇ entrepreneurial competency has two dimensions： entrepreneurial caliber and entrepreneurial skills. The former consists of social experience, interpersonal competence, entrepreneurial passion, creativity, team spirit, ability to endure risks, psychological health, and knowledge structure, while the latter mainly includes abilities to seek and seize opportunities, integrate various resources, obtain insights into market operations and directions, develop and expand markets, and manage businesses.
