彩色多普勒超声在监测高危妊娠的应用 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨应用彩色多普勒超声监测高危妊娠的临床价值。方法:我院2004年1月～2006年7月观察278例足月孕妇,将其分为2组,即高危妊娠组152例和正常组126例,并进行彩色多普勒超声监测胎儿脐动脉和大脑中动脉阻力(S/D值、RI值、PI值)。结果:高危妊娠组围生儿脐动脉、大脑中动脉指标异常及预后不良发生率明显高于正常妊娠组。结论:胎儿脐动脉、大脑中动脉指标正常,无需过早干预妊娠,可动态观察。脐动脉、大脑中动脉指标异常,宜尽早终止妊娠,大脑中动脉指标变化,反映对缺氧更敏感。
