摘要
随着发展环境的变迁,京杭大运河的功能与价值发生了新的转换,其在国家经济、交通、文化等发展战略中的地位日益显著。文章以大运河中最具有代表性的扬州段为研究实证,论述了沿运河开发的意义、内涵和总体要求,针对当前沿运河地区空间发展的突出矛盾,提出了产业、空间、环境管制等相关战略,为全国其他沿大运河地区的空间发展提供了全面、典型的借鉴。
With the change of environment development, the functions and value of the Beijing - Hangzhou Canal have occurred new transfor- mations, which have shown an increasingly distinct role in the developing strategies of the state economy, transport and culture. In this paper, taking Yangzhou part as the case, which is the most representative one along the canal, the meaning, connotation and overall requirements of coastal development are discussed. In light of the conflicts in the spatial development of areas along the canal, it puts forward the relevant strategies in industry, space and environment regulations, which can provide overall and typical references for the spatial development of areas along other canals.
