摘要
石膏砌块是一种性能优良的内墙材料,其缺点是耐水性差。应用磷石膏为基料,掺加矿渣微粉、水泥等复合材料,在实验室进行工艺配方试验,使石膏制品达到防水产品的软化系数,并将其应用于实践。按照该工艺配方生产的磷石膏砌块强度高、耐水性能优良。
Gypsum block is an internal wall material with good performance,whose disadvantage is poor water resistance.By using ardealite as the base material,with admixture of composite materials such as fine slag powder and cement,experiment was conducted in laboratory for the process recipe,such that the gypsum product has reached the softening coefficient of waterproof products,and is applied in practice.Ardealite block produced according to the process recipe features high strength and excellent water resistance.
