摘要
资源与环境问题是21世纪经济增长的最大制约和亟待解决的难题,20世纪末循环经济以其可持续发展的特性成为人类发展的必然选择。实际上,循环经济的发展体现出主流经济学方法论上存在的不足,这也正是资源环境问题产生的根源。本文通过对循环经济与传统主流经济学的比较,分析了传统主流西方经济学与马克思主义政治经济学方法论存在的不足,进而探讨了为促进循环经济发展,应如何进一步完善经济学方法论体系。
Resources and environment are the biggest restriction and urgently solved problem of the economic growth in the 21st century. In fact, the development of circulating economy reveals the methodology deficiency of the mainstream economics, which is the root of resources and environment. This paper compares the circulating economy and traditional mainstream economics and discusses about how to perfect methodology system of economics to promote the development of circulating economy.
