摘要
目的评述黄庭镜《目经大成》的学术成就。方法文献分析研究。结果认为《目经大成》完善了五轮八廓学说,详辨病因,修正病名,结合内科辨治眼病,总结金针拨障术"八法",针药并用,内外同治。结论《目经大成》具有较高的学术成就。
Objective To review the academic achievement of Huang Tingjing＇s Muting Dacheng （a book about ophthalmopathy）. Methods Analysis of literature. Results The article thinks Huang Tingjing consummated Wulun-bakuo theory, discriminated etiopathogenisis, revised disease name, summarized the eight methods of gold needle couching, and treated the ophthalmopathy combined internal medicine which presented integrative method of needle and medication, inside and outside. Conclusion Muting Dacheng has higher academic achievement.
