摘要
目的探讨超声对妇产科常见急诊的诊断价值。方法对101例妇产科急诊患者超声检查,并与临床病理检查结合进行分析。结果异位妊娠65例,卵巢肿瘤扭转5例,黄体破裂12例,流产13例,急性盆腔炎6例。结论超声对妇产科急症的诊断准确率高,检查迅速、无痛苦,可作为妇产科急症首选的检查方法。
Objective To assess the ultrsonography for the diagnosis of emergency of obstetric and gynecological diseases. Methods 101 patients with emergency of obstetric and gynecological diseases were examined by ultrsonography, and compared with clinical and pathological data and studid. Results There were 65 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy, 5 cases with torsion of ovarian tumor, 12 cases with rupture of corpus luteum cyst, 13 cases with abortion, 6 cases with acute pelvic inflammation. Conclusions Ultrasonography can find pathological changes of obstetric and gynecological diseases accurately and rapidly; it is noninvasive and can be used as a primary modulation for such condition.
