摘要
结合农村公路网建设与社会经济发展的相互关系,建立了有别于干线公路网评价的量化评价指标体系,评价指标分为两大类:一类是考查节点连接程度的通达性指标,另一类是考查路网道路交通条件的通畅性指标。在指标的具体设计中充分考虑到农村公路的基础数据相对缺乏的实际情况,从定性的视角出发,基于统计思想提出了如村镇通达方向、农村公路的经济吸引半径等技术指标,反映农村公路网建设的深度和广度。最后结合保定市农村公路网建设的现状,应用模糊综合评价方法进行了实例分析,取得较好的效果,证明了该评价体系的合理性,并指出了评价路网中现存的问题,为农村公路网的进一步规划提供了可靠依据。
Accessibility and smooth are the most important characters in evaluation on rural highway network. Combining the relationship between construction of rural highway and social economic development, an evaluation index system which is different from evaluation system on trunk highway network was established. The indexes were divided to two kinds: one is accessibility which is to represent the connect degree, the other is smooth which is to represent the traffic conditions. Have fully realized that the data of rural area is scarce, from the qualitative point of view of principle and approach, several indexes like the connected direction of thorp, etc. which represents the dimension and the extent of construction of rural highway network were put forward. Finally the present situation of rural highway network of Baoding was evaluated using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, which proves that the index system is reasonable.
