摘要
温度应力是南水北调中线大型渡槽设计中不可忽视的重要因素,直接影响到渡槽的运行安全,因此在设计中必须较为准确计算,温度场的边界条件计算是温度应力计算的前提。置于自然条件下的大型混凝土渡槽结构,其温度场的边界条件影响因素复杂,通常难以准确计算而往往被简化考虑,从而也直接影响到渡槽温度场和温度应力计算成果的可靠性。通过研究,给出了在太阳辐射等复杂自然条件下温度场边界条件的计算方法,并通过对实验水槽的实测数据和计算结果的对比,验证了计算方法的可信度。
Thermal stress should be taken into account carefully in the design of large concrete aqueducts in the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project. Boundary condition of the temperature field is the assumption of the calculation of thermal stress,its influence on aqueducts exposed to the environmental variables is not easily estimated, and often considered in a simplified way, and result of the calculation may not be credible. Base on the study of temperature effects, this paper provides a method in calculating the boundary condition of the temperature field. At last,it is verified that this method has a preferably result in comparing with experimental data.
