摘要
目的利用Meta分析方法对凯时注射液治疗突发性耳聋的临床试验进行分析，评价其治疗效果。方法检索1994—2006年国内发表的凯时注射液治疗突发性耳聋临床试验的相关文献．采用Review Manager4．2软件对符合条件的文献进行荟萃分析。结果与对照组比较，凯时注射液治疗突发性耳聋更有效，比值比为2．10，可信区间为1．44～3．05（P=0．0001．即P〈0．05）。结论临床可首选凯时治疗突发性耳聋。
Objective To conduct a meta-analysis on the clinical trails of alprostadil injection for sudden hearing loss and to evaluate its outcome. Methods The related literature concerning the clinical trials of alprostadil injection in treating sudden hearing loss published domestically between 1994 and 2006 were retrieved. Meta analysis on the selected literature was conducted by means of Review Manager 4.2 software. Results Compared with control group, alprostadil injection has higher effective rate with the odds ratio 2.10 and 95% confidence interval at 1.44 -3.05（P = 0.000 1, p〈 0.05）. Conclusion Alprostadil injection can be used as the first option in the clinical treatment of sudden hearing loss.
