摘要
目的消除或减少乳腺癌术后并发症,提高治愈率。方法对31例乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期做好血糖监测,饮食控制,病情观察,预防感染;同时重视心理护理,早期指导患侧上肢功能锻炼,做好出院指导。结果31例患者出院前空腹血糖控制在6.6～8.3mmol/L左右,全身情况良好,情绪稳定,未发生因糖尿病引起的并发症。结论严密血糖监测,积极预防感染等护理干预能促进患者身心康复。
Objective To decrease the complications of operations for breast carcinoma and raise the cure rate, Methods Measures such as blood sugar monitoring, diet - control, infection prevention were performed on 31 cases of breast carcinoma with diabetes mellitus, The psychological nursing care,instruction for exercising of upper limbs and hospital leaving were also emphasized. Results The fasting blood glucose level was controlled to a reasonable range from 6, 6 mmol/L to 8, 3 mmol/L in all cases,and there was no complication caused by diabetes mellitus during perioperative period. Conclusions Nursing care such as blood sugar monitoring and infection prevention can accelerate the recovery of patients with breast cancer from operations.
