摘要
介绍了SAW气体传感器的气体检测原理,设计了信号处理电路,并建立了信号处理电路的仿真模型,通过虚拟仿真试验验证了信号处理电路的可行性。
This paper presents a kind of SAW gas sensor and its detection principle as well as the design of its signal processing circuit, for which a simulation model is built. This circuit has been proved to be effcetive by virtual simulation experiments.
