阿尔茨海默病与海马成年后神经发生的关系及影响因素 被引量:1

摘要 成年哺乳动物脑内仍存在神经发生,能够促进成年脑内神经发生的调节因素及其与海马神经发生的功能联系是神经再生领域的一个研究热点。海马是大脑参与学习和记忆的重要结构,而成年海马的神经发生与学习记忆有关。本文将简要叙述阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)与神经发生的关系以及影响成年海马神经发生的主要因素。
