摘要
研究了Cd2+对中华绒螯蟹幼蟹的急性毒性影响。利用直线回归法计算出Cd2+对中华绒螯蟹96 h的半致死浓度LC50为5.348 mg/L。利用透射电镜方法观察了浓度为6.310 mg/L的Cd2+96 h对中华绒螯蟹视神经节不同类型神经分泌细胞超微结构的影响,结果显示:Cd2+可导致神经分泌细胞的质膜和核膜加厚或褶皱变形、断裂,线粒体形变、空泡化。
The acute toxicity effect of cadmium on the juvenile Chinese Mitten Crab(Erioeheir sinensis) was studied. In 96 h, the LC50 was 5. 348 mg/L. 10 mg/L Cd^2+ resulted in ultrastructural changes of neurosecretory cells in the XO-SG by 96 h. The cell membrane and nuclear membrane appeared swelling or crimpled, even rupture. The mitochondrial cristae partly disintegrated, then became vacuolu.
