人巨细胞病毒先天性感染损伤学习记忆功能的机制 被引量:2

摘要 人巨细胞病毒(human cytomegalovirus,HCMV)先天性感染是导致小儿神经残疾的主要原因之一,甚至可以导致新生儿死亡。HCMV主要感染的人群是免疫力低下者和妊娠期妇女。我国“八五”期间,武汉、沈阳、上海三地区的流行病学调查结果显示:孕妇HCMV感染率达79%~97%,活动性感染率为11.23%。孕期母体活动性感染(包括原发感染、外源性再次感染或内源性潜伏感染的重新激活)均可导致胎儿及新生儿先天性感染。
