摘要
香菇多糖(lentinan,LNT)是从真菌香菇(1entinusedodes)的子实体中分离到的一种-β1,3葡聚糖。综述了香菇多糖的抗肿瘤和降糖生物活性的最近研究进展。LNT通过非特异性地激发和增强机体的免疫功能,能够激活宿主产生抗肿瘤免疫应答,以达到控制和杀灭肿瘤细胞的目的。而香菇多糖的降血糖作用是通过调节糖代谢、促进肝糖原合成、减少肝糖原分解而实现的。
Lentinan, a kind of β-1, 3 polyglucosan, is isolated from fruiting body of lentinusedodes. This paper overviews the recent advances in study on antitumor and hypoglycemic effects of lentinan. It is pointed out that lentinan can enable host cells to generate antitumor immune response by stimulating and enhancing immunological function response, by this way the lentinan can control and kill tumor cells. Further more, the lentinan can reduce blood sugar level by regulating glycometabolism, promoting biosynthesis of hepatic glycogen and suppressing glycogenlysis.
