采用大孔吸附树脂提纯乙醇分级的丝胶肽及其抗氧化活性的研究 被引量:6

摘要 乙醇分级丝胶酶解产物得到轻度疏水、低分子量的醇溶丝胶肽和高亲水性、分布在200~4000Da的醇沉丝胶肽。采用DA201-C大孔吸附树脂对乙醇分级的丝胶肽进行脱盐和分离提纯。抗氧化实验结果表明,醇溶丝胶肽具有清除脂溶性自由基DPPH.活性,40%乙醇阶段洗脱得到的组分清除活性提高10%;水溶性的醇沉丝胶肽具有还原力,30%和40%乙醇阶段洗脱得到的组分还原力提高2.5倍。大孔吸附树脂提纯的不同极性的丝胶肽具有抗氧化性,值得深入研究和开发功能产品。 Ethanol soluble sericin peptides (ESSP) containing small hydrophobic peptides and ethanol precipitable sericin peptides (EPSP) consisting of hydrophilic peptides mostly distributed among 200-4000Da were separated from sericin enzymatic hydrolysate by alcohol. Macroporous adsorption resin ( DA201 - C) was used to purify sericin peptides separated by alcohol. The results of antioxidant activity tests showed that ESSP had the oil soluble DPPH free-radical scavenging activity,and the activity of the component eluted with 40% alcohol increased 10% water soluble EPSP had the reducing power,and the reducing power of the two components eluted with 30% and 40% alcohol enhanced 2.5 multiple. Different polar sericin peptides purified using macroporous adsorption resin showed antioxidant activity, so it was valuable to further study and develop their application.
