摘要
目的研究复方珍珠含片的制备工艺。方法采用正交实验法,以浸膏收率、梓醇含量及甘草酸含量为指标,考察加水量、煎煮时间和煎煮次数3因素及含醇量及醇沉浓度对浸膏收率和有限成分的影响。结果优化的提取工艺为加入24倍水量,重复两次,每次煎煮3 h。结论优化筛选处方工艺具备良好的收率,适合于工业化生产。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of compound Pearl Buccal Tablets. Methods The study was carried out through orthogonal experimental design , using the yield of extractive material, the content of catalpol and glycyrrhizic acid as the guide. 3 influential factors, amount of water used for the extraction （ A）, time for extraction （B） and frequency of extraction（C） were studied. Results The optimal conditions for the extraction were as follows：24 times water, decocting three times and three hours each time. Conclusion The optimal conditions can provide a good yield and fits to industrial production .
