摘要
目的提取分离白背三七地上部分的化学成分。方法运用反复硅胶柱色谱技术提取分离化学成分,根据波谱数据和理化性质确认其平面和立体结构。结果从白背三七地上部分得到10个化合物,经鉴定分别为正二十烷(n-Eicosane 1),二十四烷醇(Tetracosanol 2),二十八烷酸(Octacosanoic acid3),二十八烷醇(Octacosyl alcohol 4),棕榈酸(Palmitic acid 5),豆甾醇-3-O-β—D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Stigmasterol-3-O—β—D—glucopyranoside 6),豆甾醇(Stigmasterol 7),β-谷甾醇(β—Sitosterol 8),胡萝卜苷(Daucosterol 9),木栓酮(Friedelin 10)。结论化合物1—6,9,10为首次从该植物中获得。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Gynura divaricata ( L. ) DC. Methods Silica gel column chromatography was employed for the isolation and purification of chemical constituents. The structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and chemical evidence. Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified as follows: n - Eicosane ( 1 ), Tetracosanol (2), Octacosanoic acid (3), Octacosyl alcohol (4), Palmitic acid ( 5 ), Stigmasterol - 3 - O - β - D - glucopyranoside (6), Stigmasterol (7), β - Sitosterol(8), Daucosterol (9), Friedelin (10). Conclusion Compounds 1 - 6,9, 10 were isolated from Gynura divaricata (L.) DC for the first time.
