简述了公共图书馆的特征与基本作用,重点分析了公共图书馆在构建社会主义和谐社会中的作用,探讨了阻碍公共图书馆在构建和谐社会中发挥作用的现存问题,提出了实现公共图书馆在构建和谐社会中作用的途径。
This paper briefly expounds the features and basic functions of the public library, and empnatically analyzes the functions of the public library in constructing socialistic harmonious society, and probes into the problems restricting the public library to play its role in constructing socialistic harmonious society, and puts forward some ways for implementing the functions of the public library in constructing socialistic harmonious society.
