摘要
采用放射免疫法测定缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿血浆和脑脊液精氨酸加压素(AVP)的含量。结果提示:HIE时,使AVP异常分泌,血浆和脑脊液中AVP升高,脑脊液中AVP可能参与了HIE的病理生理发病机制;并提出生后5天血浆中AVP含量可做为判断围产期窒息后脑损伤的指标之一。
Levels of plasma and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) arginine vasopressin (AVP) in neonates were detected by radioimmunoassay in hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).The results suggested that HIE caused an abnormal release of AVP into plasma and CSF. AVP in CSF played a role in the pathophysiology of HIE. Plasma AVP levels in five days of birth can be considered as an index for cerebral injury induced by perinatal asphyxia.
