摘要
人力资本是经济增长的重要因素,这一结论得到了众多经济学家的肯定。文章从生产功能、知识和外部效应、产业结构以及就业等方面考察分析了人力资本对经济增长的作用机理,以期全面阐述人力资本与经济增长的关系。
Human capital is becoming an important economic growth factors. From the production function, knowledge and external effects, industrial structure and employment aspects, this paper investigates and analyzes the mechanism of human capital on economic growth to explore the relationship between human capital and economic growth.
