组织芯片技术在肺癌早期标志物筛选中的研究进展

Tissue chip technique in the markers screening of early-stage lung cancer

摘要 组织芯片(tissuechip)具有高通量、节约试剂、降低实验误差等优点,可以简便、快速、规范、经济地大规模筛查组织中基因和蛋白表达的改变。组织芯片是一较高的技术平台,将其用于筛选新的肿瘤和分析标志物,对于预测肺癌预后和指导治疗具有一定的参考价值。 Tissue chip, as a new type of chip technique, has many advantages, such as high throughput, saving reagent, reducing experiment error, etc. It can be used easily, quickly, normatively, economically, largestalely to screen the gene and the protein expression changes. Tissue chip is one high-level technique platform, it can be used to screen new tumors and analyze markers, and may be helpful to predict the prognosis and direct the treatment of lung cancer.
