肝外伤治疗的最新观点 被引量：2

摘要 肝外伤，尤其是重度肝损伤治疗，一直是创伤治疗领域最有争议且复杂的问题之一。肝外伤分级标准的统一，给评价治疗方法及其效果提供了良好的标准。随着重症监护、外科技术的迅猛发展，其治疗效果逐步提高，病死率已降至5％～8％，但重度肝外伤病死率仍高达50％。Richardson。总结一百年肝外伤治疗经验，发现近20年进步较快，尤其在控制肝出血领域，集中表现在以下几个方面：（1）肝周静脉损伤的直接修补；（2）肝周填塞压迫和损伤控制策略的应用；（3）肝动脉出血的选择性栓塞；（4）非手术治疗。现结合文献讨论肝外伤治疗的几个热点问题。
