摘要
通过单因子试验和正交试验对富硒益生菌的培养条件进行了优化,研究了温度、培养时间、培养基中无机硒浓度、接种量、初始pH对益生菌产量和有机硒转化率的影响。确定工业化生产富硒益生菌的优化培养条件:在初始pH6.2面粉培养基中,添加4种益生菌、总接种量为5%,培养基中无机硒浓度10μg/mL,温度h34℃,培养时间h36h,在该培养条件下,4种益生菌均达到10^8~10^9CFU/mL,有机硒含量达到9。41μg/mL、转化率为93.82%。
Single-factor tests and orthogonal test were done to optimize the cultural conditions on selenium-enriched probiotics to ascertain the conditions for industrial produce. Temperature,culture durations,inorganic-selenium concentration,inoculum sizes,the initial pH were studied. It was concluded that four kinds of probiotic were fermented in flour medium, with 5% inoculum sizes and 10mg/mL inorganic-selenium concentration, which were cultured for 36h at 34℃ with the initial pH of the medium of 6.2. Under the above mentioned conditions, 93.82% inorganic-selenium was converted into organic-selenium and the number of four kinds of probiotic was reached 10^8~10^9CFU/mL.
