摘要
整理归纳2007年中国海事法学发表的学术论文,并按船舶物权法、海上货物运输法、海事法、海上保险、海事诉讼与仲裁及其他热点问题等6个方面进行综述,并进行简要评论。
This paper makes a brief review on most of the papers and words published in china in the field of maritime law in 2007. It is arranged in the order as follows： real right of ships, carriage of goods by sea, admiralty law, marine insurance law, maritime litigation and arbitration, other hot topics. The paper concludes the prospects of china＇s maritime law development.
