摘要
以二色补血草的种子和无菌苗的叶片作为外植体,建立其高频再生体系,并对其再生植株过程进行系统研究,研究不同浓度的生长素对试管苗成活率的影响,确定其最适宜的初代、继代增殖、诱导生根培养基。
A high frequency regeneration system of Limonium bicolor has been developed by using the seeds and seedling leaves as explant.Study the effect on survival ratio of different growth hormone to decide which is the best medium.
