Tei指数对高血压病左心功能的评价 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨Tei指数评价高血压病左心功能的价值。方法:选择45例高血压患者作为观察组,33例年龄、性别、体重、身高相匹配的非高血压患者作为对照组,观察两组病例左心Tei指数、左室射血分数(EF)、左室缩短分数(FS)、二尖瓣血流频谱E峰与A峰的比值(E/A)差异有无显着性。结果:观察组左心Tei指数高于对照组(P<0.01),EF、FS、E/A均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Tei指数是一项新的评价心脏功能的指标,对评价高血压病的左心功能有临床意义。
