The clinical application of intraoperative ultrasound in neurosurgery

摘要 术中超声（intra-operative ultrasound，IOUS）是在手术中将探头直接放在脏器表面进行探测，其分辨率高，病变显示更加清晰，诊断的敏感性、特异性大大提高。IOUS在上世纪50年代开始应用于外科手术，但直到上世纪80年代才在外科手术中得到广泛应用。上世纪90年代以后，随着彩色多普勒（CDFI）、能量多普勒（PDI）等技术的应用，
