Magnetron Sputtering Used to Prepare Fluorocarbon Coatings Deposited on PET Fabrics

摘要 用磁控溅射法在涤纶(PET)织物上制备纳米氟碳薄膜,研究了磁控溅射过程中不同PET织物布样、溅射功率、工作气压和基底温度对薄膜性能的影响。对氟碳膜的成膜组分进行了研究,并对溅射后的织物进行了拒水性能和抗紫外性能的测试和分析。 Fluorocarbon coatings deposited on PET fabrics were prepared by means of magnetron sputtering, and effects of parameters (type of fabric, power, pressure, temperature) on the applied properties of those fluorocarbon coatings were studied. The waterproof capability and ultraviolet resistance of the PET fabrics after sputtering were tested and analyzed. Results indicate that the film thickness increases when sputtering time increases and hence the waterproof and ultraviolet-resistance of the sample increases. During a given sputtering time, the increase in power can lead to increase in waterproof and ultraviolet-resistance of the sample, but the effect of power is no longer obvious as the thickness reaches to a certain value.
