摘要
目的探讨锁孔入路切除中小型鞍结节脑膜瘤的手术技巧和疗效。方法应用眶上和翼点锁孔手术切除25例肿瘤,并探讨手术效果、手术技巧及并发症。结果本组患者肿瘤全切除21例(21/25),近全切除4例(21/25),无手术死亡,3例患者发生手术并发症。结论应用锁孔手术入路和显微外科技术,对中小型鞍结节脑膜瘤可以取得较好的疗效。
Objective To evaluate the effect of keyhole approach for resection of tuberculum sellae meningiomas. Methods Tuberculum sellae meningiomas were removed in 25 patients by supraorbital or pterional keyhole approaches. The surgical technique, effect and complications were discussed. Results Of 25 patients,21 had total resection,and 4 had subtotal resection. Nobody died during surgery. Surgical complications were found in 3 patients. Conclusion Keyhole approach is safe and effective to remove smaller tuberculum sellae meningiomas.
