摘要
采用实地调查、访谈、文献资料、数理统计等研究方法,对西安市羽毛球场馆基本情况及经营管理现状进行调查研究,指出西安市羽毛球场馆经营管理中存在的问题,并提出要加强羽毛球场馆的硬件设施建设;加大促销力度,改善服务质量;重视科学规划,改善场馆分布不均衡的局面;加强场馆产业经济意识,完善经营管理体制。
Through using the method of field surveys, interviews, literature and mathematical statistics, this paper makes survey on basic condition of badminton stadium＇ s management, points out the existing problems and puts forward to strengthen the hardware infrastructure. Increase the marketing efforts, improve service quality, pay attention to scientific planning, balance the unevenness in the distribution venues situation ; strengthen economic stadiums industry awareness and prefect the management system.
