摘要
目的:探讨肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(matrix metalloproteinase,MMP-2)和MMP-9在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP方法检测50例胰腺癌组织和10例正常胰腺组织中HGF、MMP-2、MMP-9的表达,并分析三者与胰腺癌临床病理特征间的相互关系。结果:胰腺癌组织中HGF、MMP-2和MMP-9的表达与正常胰腺组织相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.01)。且三者的表达水平与胰腺癌临床分期及淋巴结转移相关。HGF与MMP-2、MMP-9的表达有相关性(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论:HGF、MMP-2、MMP-9在胰腺癌组织中呈高表达,表达水平与胰腺癌临床分期和淋巴结转移密切相关;HGF与MMP-2、MMP-9间的表达具有协同作用,共同促进胰腺癌的侵袭和转移。
Objective:To study the expression and significance of HGF, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in pancreatic carcinoma. Methods:The expression of HGF, MMP-2 and MMP-9 were examined by immunohistochemical technique in 50 cases of pancreatic carcinomas and 10 cases of normal tissues. The relationship between the expression and tumor behaviors were also analyzed. Results:The expressions of HGF, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in pancreatic carcinoma and normal tissues had distinct differences (P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05 , P 〈0.01). The exprssions of them in pancreatic carcinoma were significantly associated with the clinicopathologic stage and lymph node metastasis. The expression of HGF was positively associated with MMP-2 and MMP-9 expression (P 〈0.05, P 〈0.05). Conclusion:HGF, MMP-2 and MMP-9 are all over expressed in pancreatic carcinoma.The expression of HGF, MMP-2 and MMP-9 is closely correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinicopathologica stage.The expression between HGF and MMP-2 , MMP-9 has a closely relationship, they have a co-operated effect.
