肺淋巴管平滑肌瘤病合并胸部结节病的CT表现 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨肺淋巴管平滑肌瘤病合并胸部结节病的CT特征。方法:回顾分析经开胸肺活检病理证实1例肺淋巴管平滑肌瘤病合并胸部结节病的CT及HRCT表现,并结合文献总结其CT特征。结果:患者的CT表现为双肺弥漫性分布的小薄壁囊腔和粟粒结节以及双侧肺门、纵隔淋巴结肿大。结论:肺淋巴管平滑肌瘤病合并胸部结节病的CT表现同时具有单纯肺淋巴管平滑肌瘤病和单纯胸部结节病的CT特征,但本病的机理尚未明了。
