摘要
阐述了地理信息元数据的概念,在GIS中的作用,以及现行的国内外地理信息元数据的标准,并提出了建立地理信息元数据系统的模型。
Illustrates the definition of the Geography Information Metadata, the effect of it in GIS and standards in home and abroad. In addition, this paper make beneficial attempted to project a plan of constructing Geography Information Metadata System.
