摘要
对从茶叶中筛选出的1株纤维分解菌SW3进行紫外线和亚硝酸钠诱变,用刚果红透明圈平板法来进行初筛,再采用摇瓶复筛,从中筛选出发酵液滤纸酶活力高的突变株SW355。突变株SW355的发酵液滤纸酶活力比出发菌株SW3提高了62.9%,且其遗传性状稳定。
A cellulase-decomposing bacterium SW3 was screened out from tea, and mutagenized with UV and NaNO2. The first isolation was conducted according to the method of distinct zone of clearing in cellulase-congo red agar medium. The second isolation was conducted according to the test of filter paper enzyme activity through liquid fermentation. SW355 is 62.9% higher than the original strain SW3, and it has a stable property in transmissibility.
