摘要 高速逆流色谱是最近20多年发展起来的一项液-液分配技术,由于其具有不需任何固态支撑的特点,在分离提取天然产物方面具有很多优势,因此被广泛应用。本文介绍了高速逆流色谱的原理和特点,对其分离提取天然产物有效成分的应用及其进展进行了综述。 High-speed countercurrent chromatography(HSCCC) is a liquid-liquid separation chromatographic technique, which has been developed in recent twenty years. Having many advantages in isolation of natural products and no any solid support, it has been widely applicated. The principle and characteristics of HSCCC were introduced in this article, and also the progresses and applications of HSCCC in extracting bioactive ingredients from natural products was summarized in detail.
