银翘解毒颗粒防治鸭实验性大肠杆菌病的药效试验 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]为评价银翘解毒颗粒对鸭人工感染大肠杆菌病的疗效。[方法]以仙湖3号鸭为研究对象,通过体外和体内抑菌试验研究了银翘解毒颗粒防治鸭实验性大肠杆菌病的疗效,并对银翘解毒颗粒的临床安全性进行了探讨。[结果]体外抑菌试验表明,银翘解毒颗粒对鸭大肠杆菌病有抑制作用,其最小抑菌浓度为0.012 5 g/ml。体内抑菌试验中,感染对照组出现典型大肠杆菌病理变化,各试验组临床症状较轻。5.01、.0 g/kg银翘解毒颗粒组中的有效率、痊愈率显著高于感染对照组,5.0、1.00、.5 g/kg 3个剂量组肉鸭的相对增重率显著高于感染对照组。临床安全试验表明,银翘解毒颗粒剂的安全性较高。[结论]银翘解毒颗粒可用于防治鸭大肠杆菌病,以1.0g/kg的防治效果最佳。 [ Objective] The aim of the research was to evaluate the efficacy of Yinqiao detoxification granules against artificial infected duck colibacillosis, [Method] With Xianhu 3 duck as research objects,the efficacy of Yinqiao detoxiflcation granules against experimental colibacillosis in ducks was studied though bacteriostatic test in vitro and in vivo.And the clinical safety of Yinqiao detoxification granules was discussed. [Result] The bacleriestatic lest in vitro showed that Yinqiao detoxification granules had inhibitory effects on duck colibacillesis and its minimum inhibitory concentration was 0,012 5 g/ml. In the bacteriestatic test in vivo,typical pathological symptoms of colibacillosis appeared in the infection control group and the clinical symptoms in each tested group were slighter.The effective rate and the cure rate in the groups of Yinqiao detoxification granules at 5.0,1.0 g/kg were significantly higher than that in the infection control group, and the relative growth rate in 3 groups of ducks fed with the granules at 5.0,1.0,0.5 g/kg were significantly higher than that in the infection control group.The clinical safety test indicated that the safety of Yinqiao detoxification granules was higher. [Conclusion] Yinqiao detoxification granules could be used to control duck colibacillesis and the control effects of Yinqiao detoxification granules at 1.0 g/kg was best.
